From there, she handcrafts a personalised 200ml tonic using premium herbal extracts — your own plant-powered ally to help restore balance, support vitality, and nudge your system back into its natural rhythm. Whether you’re navigating stress, sleep issues, digestion, hormones, immunity, inflammation, or simply wanting to feel more you again, her work brings gentle precision and leafy magic to the healing journey.
